Q: Does ifSHOP provide meet-up service?

A: No, we do not provide this service at the moment.

Q: Does ifSHOP combine registered mail packages?

A: Yes, if you order 02 or more iPhone cases and opted for registered mail, you will only have to pay S$2.50.

Q: Does ifSHOP offer bulk purchase?

A: Yes, we do provide a special price for purchase of 10PCS and above, do email us for more information.

Q: Does ifSHOP do refunds?

A: No, we do not do refunds, however we do have an exchange policy.

Q: I have not receive any replies from ifSHOP, why?
A: As promised, we will definitely reply within 24HRs. Our mail may be somewhere in your Junk Mail box, please do check!
